Legislative Partners Program

The Legislative Partners Program allows for a Nevada statewide network of dealers to come together in the commitment of Grass Roots lobbying. At Nevada Franchised Auto Dealers Association, we focus on legislative issues of importance such as the domestic and import auto retailing industry. The primary goal is to develop personal relationships with Nevada Legislators as well as members of Nevada's congressional delegation.

Government Affairs Program

The Government Affairs Program is centered on developing personal relationships with Nevada legislators, as well as, members of our State's congressional delegation and regulatory agencies. This leads to the best results when our members are presenting their concerns and ideas to lawmakers and in influencing legislation that we could have a dramatic impact on the auto industry. Legislative lobbying is also important to the automobile industry, and representation of our concerns and ideas in influencing legislation to promote good government and protect your interests. The NFADA provides in-house attorneys who are available to answer general questions about laws and regulations affecting franchised new car and truck dealers. Members can call the law firm of Argentum Law in both Reno and Las Vegas who specialize in all areas of law.

NADEAC is our political action committee (PAC) which was established to assist Nevada Legislative Candidates and address issues affecting Nevada Franchised Auto Dealers.
