An Association Like No Other

We are a Non-Profit Trade Association located in Nevada. We provide lobbying to promote and safeguard the interests of factory franchised auto dealers. NFADA is a lobbying and communications leader in Nevada for over 10 new Franchised Automobile and Truck Dealers that sell and service Domestic, as well as International nameplate brands with access to the best business and employment law advice around, we are able to bring our cause to life.

We encourage participation in the National Auto Dealers Association (NADA) in order to protect the auto franchised system. Join now to promote legislation that is beneficial to auto dealers in your area.

Our Mission

Our membership-endorsed association aims to cooperate with members in order to exchange views, promote confidence and establish effective trade relations with our members'. In doing so, we opt to encourage sound / fair business standards and practices while opposing discriminating legislation to the industry. Allows us to strengthen the financial position of our members with dealer-oriented policies, programs and services.

We facilitate the business of the association with the advancement of our members' interests as we work alongside local dealer associations within Nevada.
To promote and safeguard the interests of factory franchised auto dealers as may be desirable for the automotive industry in the State of Nevada. To develop a spirit of cooperation for members to exchange views, promote confidence, and establish effective trade relations with whom its members deal.
To encourage sound business standards and practices. To promote legislation that is beneficial to the motor vehicle industry and to oppose discriminating legislation relating to the industry. To encourage participation in the National Automobile Dealers Association (NADA) in protecting the franchise system in strengthening the financial position of its members with dealer-oriented policies, programs and services. To work with local dealer associations throughout the state in order to more effectively support and coordinate the work of the Association. To professionally conduct business with high standards and fair business practices, which shall be pertinent to the general purposes of the Association, advancement of the membership interests, facilitate the business of the Association and promote the interests of the automotive industry in the State.

What Does NFADA Do

The NFADA works to promote and safeguard the interests of Factory Franchised Motor Vehicle Dealers in Nevada, and on Capitol Hill, Washington, D.C. 100% of Nevada's Franchised Auto and Truck Dealers are members and are members in the National Automobile Dealers Association (NADA) in protecting the Franchise systems nationwide. This strong membership gives us clout in Carson City, Nevada, and on Capitol Hill which, in turn, has resulted in more than half a century of successful Legislation passed for the auto industry.

Recognizing the responsibility of every dealer to maintain high standards of business ethics and integrity, as members in good standing of the Nevada Franchised Auto Dealers Association:

  • Detail repair charges to assist our customers in understanding repair work performed
  • Resolve misunderstandings in a prompt and courteous manner
  • Obey and uphold all Nevada and Federal laws and regulations concerning financing, insurance, taxation, licensing and titling of all vehicles sold
  • Put our promises in writing and stand behind them
